Tummy troubles

All toddlers at some point will experience tummy upsets, but in some instances, tummy troubles such as diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and discomfort may persist. Tummy troubles or impaired gastrointestinal tolerance can be caused by food allergy, infection, surgery or as a consequence of certain medical treatments.1,2
